Trial and billing agreement

Your 30-day IRIE trial starts when you verify your email address. No payment is due during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Short Hill Corporation will invoice your organization at the selected monthly or annual USD price for each billing period, plus applicable taxes. Annual billing is one annual invoice, not twelve monthly invoices. To cancel before billing begins, email irie@shorthillcorp.com from your registered address and identify your organization. No card or bank account is collected here, and no automatic debit is authorized. Account access may be suspended for unpaid invoices. The selected tier limits the number of enabled cloud accounts; plan changes require separate approval. A tax exemption claim is subject to review and does not automatically remove tax.
